Kwikset 914 SmartCode Deadbolt Lock with ZigBee 3.0 Technology

The SmartCode touchpad smart lock, equipped with Home Connect technology, allows for seamless wireless communication with other devices within the home. Through a web-enabled device, users can remotely check the status of their door lock, lock or unlock the door, and receive notifications. The SmartCode features a one-touch locking motorized deadbolt, offering the convenience of keyless entry with a personalized code. The back-lit keypad ensures visibility in low light conditions. Installation, programming, and operation of the SmartCode is simple, requiring only 4 AA batteries. Additionally, the lock includes SmartKey Security as a back-up keyway, providing added protection.

This single cylinder deadbolt can be operated using the keypad or key from outside, as well as a turn button from the inside. It is compatible with Zigbee panels and hubs such as Amazon Echo Plus, Echo 2020 (4th Gen), Echo Show 10, SmartThings Hub v3, Tuya Zigbee 3.0 Hub, Abode, and Wink. It will also work with existing Zigbee HA 1.2 panels and hubs. The control method is touch, with the option to set up to 30 customizable user codes for family and friends. SmartKey Security helps defend against advanced break-in techniques and allows for easy re-keying in seconds. The SmartCode is BHMA Grade 2 certified and designed for exterior doors requiring keyed entry and security.
