Troubleshooting: - If the app can't find your door lock, ensure the batteries are installed and reset the lock by pressing the setting button on the interior knob. - To manually lock from the inside without the app, turn on privacy mode using the reset button on the interior door knob. - For remote unlocking, no gateway device is required. Simply use the app for control. For remote access when away from home, a tuya smart gateway is recommended. - To keep the door unlocked, long press the reset button for 2 seconds or disable the auto lock function in the app.
