Solutions for Lost Keys or Dead Batteries

NOTE: The password will be restored to the default settings after replacing the batteries or charging the battery compartment through the USB Type-C port. Please read the instruction manual for more details.

Open the Safe for the First Time

Step 1: Place the safe on a stable, secure place. Remove the Emergency Lock. Step 2: Insert the Emergency Keys and turn it counterlockwise. Turn the knob clockwise to open the safe. Step 3: Open the Battery Compartment. Install 4 x AA batteries (Not Included). Step 4: Press the Reset Button. Enter the new passcode (3 to 8 digits) and press "#" to confirm. Close the door, turn the knob counterwise to lock it.

2 Unlocking Methods

Bonsaii safe box for money can be opened in two ways, convenient to use in different situations. (1) Access with 3-8 digits code. (2) Open with the emergency keys. Note: Keep the emergency keys away from the safe lock box.

USB Type-C Interface

In the event of battery failure, connect a suitable external power source (5V) to the USB Type-C port for supplying power to open the home safe, which can be used to protect against dead batteries or lost keys. Note: Power bank and charging cable are NOT included in the box.
